Environmental canvasses vary with the altitude, from emerald green rainforests, to fire-red volcanoes, to the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean and Pacific, to fog seeping down between rugged mountain ridges. Here, one may relinquish everyday worries and disproportionate priorities to become whole once again.

We will spend our week in the "eternal spring" of Costa Rica’s Central Valley where mornings are crisp and bright in the tropical sun, afternoons may be rainy and evenings are cool. We will live free from big-city distractions and get in touch with what really matters!

This retreat combines relaxation, inner journeywork, lifestyle modification and eco-tours and hikes. You will work daily with a wellness and life coach to clarify areas of imbalance, and to develop tools and awareness to achieve greater balance and harmony in all aspects of your life.

There will be plenty of time to relax and rejuvenate with the slower pace of the country, meditate and have a massage to nurture the body and mind .

Join Joyce Dillon, RN, MN, Founder of Inward Bound Resources, life-work balance and wellness coach who specializes in coaching people to think bigger, manifest dreams and sustain lasting change, and Janet Taylor, RN, CMT and founder of Creative Wellness, LLC, who organizes and promotes traditional and alternative wellness programs and is a part-time resident of Costa Rica.

$800 (non refundable) due September 23, 2005 and remainder of $1,395 due December 1, 2005.
Cost of $2195 per person includes direct, roundtrip flight from Atlanta, Ga. to San Jose, Costa Rica, accommodations for seven days and eight nights at the beautiful Vista del Valle Plantation Inn (www.vistadelvalle.com), admission fees to parks and recreational areas, all meals (except for two dinners and one lunch), driver and daily wellness program. Additional costs are $26 exit fee, alcoholic beverages and spa services.
